This model is perfectly suited for home and office use and works terrifically on all types of tile, on carpets up to 1cm in thickness and wood floors (hard and laminated)!

There are three things that make this model far more superior compared to competing brands such as Xiaomi, Hobot Legee, Milex and the likes.

 

  1. 4000Pa suction vs 2300 Pa from the rest. This is almost double the suction power than the rest. New technology also ensures that there is low noise output coupled with the stronger suction power.
  2. 5000mah High quality Lithium Ion battery vs the standard 2600mah from the rest. Our robot can run for around 150 minutes and clean an area of 280 sqm on one charge. When the robot battery drops to 20%, it will return to its charging base and once finished charging, the robot will go back and resume cleaning where it left off.
  3. Superior APP control – With our model you can control your whole floor cleaning schedule. For example, you can tell the robot to only clean the kitchen at 8am Monday to Fridays.     It is not often that I am completely over the moon with service or the actual product. In this case it was true for both. I order the robot on Black Friday around 7:00 … and it was delivered to my door at 16:00 that afternoon – in South Africa 😱😱😱👍🏻👍🏻 Then the Robi pro works like a bomb! It cleans perfectly and the battery lasts long. My only need is for it to climb stairs 😂😂😂😂Definitely want to buy another unit for downstairs. That is how lazy the “Little Helper” makes me – I do not even want to carry it downstairs. I will recommend this 100% to anyone – it is absolutely wonderful!

    I love my new ‘helper’ in the house. The Robi Pro does an excellent job in vacuuming my hard floors (and I have little kids and a dog so there is plenty of dirt to deal with….). The mopping function is a nice to have, but I don’t think it cleans the floor as well as a good old fashioned mop. Still safes me heaps of time, having the Robi Pro vacuum the area and myself just going over with the mop. The navigation system works well and the battery lasts a good 1 – 2 hours, not that it bothers me if it needs to recharge mid cleaning, since it just resumes on its own when ready. I am also very happy with the feature that allows me to select certain areas to be cleaned in my open floor living space.
    Service from the friendly ladies at Afrishop SA was also excellent. I ordered on a Monday and had my Robi Pro on the Wednesday. I struggled initially to connect my Robi Pro to the WiFi, but once sorted I have not had any problems since.
    Would definitely recommend this product.

    Love the device. Program a bit restricted as it only allows for 10 zones. All thought my samsung is only two years old it does not show the mapping. Had to download on hubby’s phone which is a bit inconvenient as the robot now only runs on a time schedule during the day.

Strong suction too, we have three dogs and it does remove pet and human hair from carpets and floors. Mopping work good too. Navigation works extremely well and does not miss an area.     This vac is really a good buy, in my opinion, learns where to avoid getting stuck. The battery is more than enough and the suction ability is excellent, even at 50%. The app is also packed with features, my Vac got stuck in the same places all the time, this one never gets stuck and cleans far better!

The charging station might be the weakest point, where it is very light and grip is minimal so it can be moved very easily by the robot itself, causing havoc. – I glued the base to the floor to work around this. Software is very limited and can be improved a lot to make it more intelligent. Google integration is very limited and buggy at best.

    Highly recommended. Took me a while to understand the App, but once I got that sorted, our Roboerta does a sparkling job. I am especially impressed by the vacuum function as we have a cat and a german shepard pup. The water tray is smallish and needs more regular refilling, but this is not a problem.

    Honestly, this thing performed better than I hoped it would. I’m a simple guy and don’t like to create more accounts, so tested it without the app. I have a small bachelor flat and this little guy just went to vacuum every nook and cranny and return to the docking station by itself when the battery got low. It’s kept my place cleaner that I ever did.

    I wish I had got one sooner. I have 2 cats that shed a lot. My house is carpeted throughout. I have to vacuum regularly to keep the carpets looking reasonable, but I have a back problem, so vacuuming was a terribly painful chore. This robot vacuum cleaner has made a huge difference to my life. Setting up zones allows for more frequent cleaning in high usage areas. Area rugs are no problem, it clears them effortlessly. It does try to eat any cables on the floor, but having to clear the floor of cables prior to vacuuming is more than offset by the ease and convenience of use.

    The vacuum is alright, I have many issues with the app. 1. If you are cleaning and pause for too long, the map will be erased and have to start again 2. You can only set up 10 zones and you can only create zones with squares so its a bit tricky in a big house. 3. Sometimes the map will go all weird and everything will be slanted, then you have to hard reset and you lose your map. 4. No way to back up your map 5. It will sometimes just stop cleaning and say cleaning complete.

    I hope that I will experience the same level of enthusiasm of other reviewers, which convinced me to order this vacuum. I have however not yet been able to try it out for myself, since the wifi control requires 2.4 G and we have 5G wifi. It would have been helpful if this was stated on the specifications. Or maybe I missed it? But please be aware that you will have to adjust your wifi to 2.4 G in order to use this machine. Disoncertingly, it also talks … calling you MASTER. This made me uncomfortable, reminding me too much of slavery. Apparently it can be muted though. Which I will do as soon as I have been able to set up the wifi.

    Wow, really really happy with the vacuum! Hasn’t once missed any pet hair (of the three dogs we have). The best home appliance I have by far and should have bought it a long time ago actually! Setup is very straightforward, but there is a bit of additional information required for pairing with Google Assistant, but if you don’t use it with Google Assistant the App does all you need.

    Awesome little help around the house. Really good sucking power. We have a 220 square bottom floor and she just makes it around the house on one charge at full suction. The entire area is tiled so can’t comment of carpet flooring but she really cleans tiles nicely. Still have to try the mop function but the vacuum is really strong and makes mopping after a breeze. Make sure there are no loose wires in her way, she can get tangled. Anything light will get pushed around including door stops holding doors open.

    This little vacuum works very well and overall I am happy with it. I have had a few issues where it gets stuck or snagged on something and then wipes it’s map. This can be rather frustrating as it takes a full house clean for it to map your home and then a bit of finicky work on the app to set up your zones. If you have slightly different level floors, as I do in my house, I suggest you put a small mat over the joints of the different levels to prevent it getting stuck. It is one of the few (if not only) machines that works on both tiled/wooden flooring and then easily transitions to mats and carpets. The mop function is okay but dirty spots or stains need to be sprayed with laminate or floor cleaner first. I do highly recommend it as it does what it is supposed to and I am happy with its performance.

It vacuums tile floors properly (only have tiles, so can’t rate the vacuuming on carpets), even the mopping function helps to take the dust off of the tiles leaving the floors looking clean. BEST investment I have ever made.
