The Apptitude is suitable for every indoors floor type including carpets up to 1 cm in thickness. It has an extremely low miss rate and high coverage rate.
It has strong suction power (4000PA) with low noise. It includes a 3000mAh rechargeable high tech lithium battery with a cleaning time of 150 min and it can clean up to 280 sqm in one charge.
The design of the interchangeable dustbin and water tank makes easy switching between cleaning modes. While in vacuum mode you can use the mobile App to select between Energy-saving, Standard or Strong suction mode.
When the water tank is inserted you will be able to set the amount of water released on the mobile App to your preference, choose between Eco, Standard and Strong Mopping mode. This model has a Y-Type Mopping function, when this function is turned on the robot will mop in the shape of a Y to get to all the hard to reach places.

This robot works quite well, it cleans really well. I was quite impressed by the Y mopping pattern, it cleans very effectively. I use eco-mode otherwise it wets the floor too much. It occasionally gets stuck, but it tells you in a clearly understandable voice what is wrong. It doesn’t handle cables or loose rugs very well. I have a big house, so I need to empty the bin, or refill the mopping tank, at least once during the cleaning process. It returns to it’s charging station when the battery is low and resumes cleaning once it has a full battery.

Excellent quality. Suction power is very good and works well on carpets. The mapping functionality is great as you can store 5 maps. The app is not as good as some, but the vacuum is much better than the Xiaomi that I first tried and had to return after 24 hours due to battery issues The vacuum sometimes struggles to find the docking station after spot cleaning, but I would highly recommend and would certainly buy it again

This is a great vacuum, but the app it comes with is a generic app for any robot vacuums, for the price, I would have expected a dedicated app for it. The mapping works great – just remember to save it – but it sometimes does not always clean the room you ask it. For example, it cleans the dining room and kitchen, when you set it to only clean the kitchen.

I was a little hesitant to spend the amount of money on this product seeing that its not as popular as the other Chinese brands (Xiomi, etc). However, I have to admit that I’m incredibly happy with the outcome. The Apptitude cleans incredibly well, I’m always surprised to see the amount of dust/dirt it collects on a daily basis. I run it everyday for about an hour and that cleans the whole house. Then twice a week it does the mopping, which is not the same as manual mopping but it still works really well. I struggled a bit of the app at first but once it mapped the house nicely it worked really well. It still misses patches of dirt in the corners but once it again it can’t be perfect. Battery life is good and suction power is also great, one of the reasons I went for the Taroma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that has children or dogs in their house. It has made a huge difference.

This is an excellent product and it does a superb job in cleaning my floors. After the first sessionp I walked barefoot on my hardwood floors and the only thought which came to mind was: “Where was this Taroma vacuum and mop all these years??” . It definitely exceeded my expectations by far.

I have received my Taroma APPtitude Vacuum cleaner in good condition. It works. However, I have tried on a number of occasions to connect the instrument to the Taroma smart app to pair if with my wifi without success. In fact it is a very frustrating process and appears to be very user unfriendly. I could probably use the machine without the app, but this means its automation functions will not be applied to the best effect.
I will try to call you next week to secure assistance to pair the machine with the app.
1 week later – 27.12.21:- I have at last been able to connect the machine to the app via wifi. I have it working successfully and very efficiently. I wish to thank you for your efficient service in sending me the Taroma vacuum cleaner in a timeframe much shorter than promised. We look forward to many year of fun with it. It works like a dream.

The love of my life! Still haven’t paired it with my phone but have been using it inside and on verandah with step and it works perfectly! Planning to use it to mop tonight. There is no dust to be found where it had cleaned. I moved a double base set away and it was super clean underneath! Better than I can do myself! 5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 huge verandas, kitchen, scullery and 2 study’s in two go’s. FANTASTIC!

Great product. I have a dumber version of a different brand but wanted something that could cope with a carpet after getting a long haired pet. Taroma has the best suction strength for this price range and it is definitely earning it’s keep! Doesn’t do particularly well with soft/thin rugs though and long fringes get tangled. I just tuck these in a corner when the vacuum is running. Mop function isn’t so impressive and mostly just wets the floor as it doesn’t have enough weight to properly wipe. Even on the least water setting, it is still too much liquid than I would be comfortable with on my laminate wood floors. Unfortunately not a total replacement to manual cleaning, but definitely makes life easier. I agree with others that the software on the app is a bit of a pain to use managed to make it do most things with a bit of patience although i’m eagerly awaiting some updates there.
